Food Safety The safety of our food is paramount and so that we
protect our clients, our staff and our enterprise, the Campania-Mocaroma group has implemented a food safety management plan.
This plan complies with the requirements of CODEX
HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points) and GMP (Good
Manufacturing Practices) whose scope incorporates the importation
&/or processing &/or wholesale &/or distribution of olive oils and vegetable oils &/or
fresh products maintained at +4 deg C &/or dry foods
&/or frozen foods maintained at -18 deg C. Campania is registered, certified and audited by
the independant agency SAI Global Ltd.
Campania is registered with various local authoriteis and maintains all
certifications in support of our claims.
Finally all Campania employees undertake training in the subject areas of
HACCP, GMP, quality assurance and safety as commensurate with their
